Training for intermediate level sailors Fee for 5 sessions is €150 Dates - 22nd & 29th of April, 6th, 13th and 27th of May. Sailors must have their own boats and be comfortable capsizing. Suitable for sailors who have at least completed their Level 1 Irish Sailing course. Course is limited to 14 club members.

Coaches: Jack Fahy (RStG & UCD) & Alex Pocock Coaching Topics: Practical Skills for Managing Swells & Tide in Open Water Racing Location: St. James Terrace Clubhouse Time: 10.00am – 4.30pm (boats to be rigged for launch at 10.00am sharp) Finish: Course will be finished at 4.30pm both days. Pizza will be available in SJT
